You will be required to carry out all works in accordance with the lift manufacturers' specification and safety procedures and you should be available to participate in a roster system to provide 24-hour standby service, which will include some Bank Holidays.

You will also be required to be available to travel to other parts of the Channel Islands by Air or Sea, to work as required by the Company.

You will need good knowledge of using Control Systems to control the hydraulics, things like closed-loop control, motion control, servo control, PID tuning etc.

You will be working on complex, bespoke test rigs that operate like “testing robots”, combining hydraulics, electronics, controls, software and mechanical engineering at a very high level.

You will work closely with process engineers to make sure the machines perform reliably and support the production of high-quality microLED displays. These roles will be based in a clean-room environment, and will be on a rotating shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off. These will consist of 2 day shifts (7am - 7pm) and 2 night shifts (7pm - 7am).

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals

You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers
