You will conduct root cause investigations into production issues and customer returns, identify and implement corrective actions, and work closely with design teams to ensure lessons learned are built into future generations of our products.

You will play a key role in maintaining product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement across our production lines.

You will work closely with process engineers to make sure the machines perform reliably and support the production of high-quality microLED displays. These roles will be based in a clean-room environment, and will be on a rotating shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off. These will consist of 2 day shifts (7am - 7pm) and 2 night shifts (7pm - 7am).

You will need good knowledge of using Control Systems to control the hydraulics, things like closed-loop control, motion control, servo control, PID tuning etc.

You will be working on complex, bespoke test rigs that operate like “testing robots”, combining hydraulics, electronics, controls, software and mechanical engineering at a very high level.
