You will ensure suitably qualified operatives are deployed, safe systems of work are in place, and all activities are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

You will demonstrate a strong customer focus, supporting end users to resolve issues, managing complaints effectively and contributing to wider Ministry of Defence objectives, including carbon reduction initiatives.

You will maintain equipment both proactively and reactively to ensure factory performance meets targets and KPIs. The role focuses on improving equipment availability and performance to meet OEE targets through identifying and implementing improvements.

You will also proactively use the PPM system (SAP) for capturing all engineering labour and parts.
