You will be installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and generators. You'll perform troubleshooting of electrical systems as well as regular inspections, preventative maintenance and ensure all systems are compliant with safety and operational standards. You will be responsible for managing projects from order handover through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

You will play a key role in driving project performance and customer satisfaction across LV and MV switchgear and power distribution solutions.

You will be responsible for leading and delivering a range of civil engineering projects from inception to completion, on projects valued between £10M to £150M.

You will manage scope, programme, cost, quality, and safety while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

You will join a close-knit service team, carrying out electrical fault finding, servicing, installation, and repair work across customer sites throughout Scotland, with occasional workshop-based duties. The role offers strong earning potential through overtime, alongside structured training to continuously develop your technical skillset.

You will support engineering teams in jobs design, equipment maintenance and wellsite activities, contributing to projects that improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and service delivery. This internship offers exposure to cutting-edge technology, wellsite operations, and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment.

You will be a key part of the engineering team, keeping the site running smoothly while developing your skills in a major manufacturing facility.

You should hold a recognized electrical qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or HNC/D).

You must have full, permanent UK working rights.

You will be involved across the full lifecycle of C&I engineering activities, working closely with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, real-world engineering solutions.
