You will have sound knowledge and understanding of the water & wastewater regulatory industry, with a focus on asset and capital engineering professional services with significant experience of water and wastewater, infrastructure and non-infrastructure solutions. Strong track record in the leadership and delivery of water / wastewater projects to client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for generating new business from your client base, recruiting and developing your new team, and providing clients with expert transport planning advice to secure the success of their land use development projects. You'll have autonomy with full support from the wider Transport Team to build the business, which supports developers, housebuilders and infrastructure providers.
You will also assist to drive the performance of the business unit delivering the financial targets including growth, profit, cash, budgets and resource utilisation; making recommendations for improvement and remedial action, whilst ensuring compliance across the business unit with RPS Group financial and commercial policies and standards.
You will be a quick learner, able to demonstrate attention to detail, with a proactive and positive approach to work.
You will be a team player, able to communicate effectively and build good working relationships, to contribute to a friendly and supportive team culture. This is a permanent job opening which will be based at Milton Park, Abingdon.
