You will be responsible for supporting classroom teachers in providing the best support possible to students ranging in the ages 11-16 years old, with various SEN and behavioural difficulties such as ADHD, ADD, ASD, CD, MLD, OCD, ODD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties and other behavioural needs.
You will have experience in education, youth work, or a related field. - You’re a team player with a positive attitude and a reflective approach to your own practice.
You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, delivering small group and individual interventions, and leading whole-class sessions under the direction of the class teacher.
