You will be required to deliver a superior level of support to your learners and work closely with childcare providers to ensure that training provision meets their business needs. In doing this you will be expected to meet organisational targets for qualification achievement rates.
You will help build early communication, social and emotional skills, and encourage children to explore and learn in safe, stimulating environments. Candidates working within nurseries or early years settings typically require Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), while those teaching Reception in primary schools require Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work.
