You will have worked with tenants in arrears, and be able to carry out affordability/expenditure assessments in order to devise affordable payment plans to recover rent. Your ultimate responsibility will be to monitor and manage your own caseload of rent accounts to maximise income and minimise arrears for the group.

You will be well supported with regular career conversations.
You will provide group and one-to-one support for students identified through these sessions, including conducting CO readings and offering nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) in line with government guidance.
You will need to be able to effectively conduct risk assessments and deliver our clinically proven therapeutic intervention to ensure client safety. Strong therapeutic communication, the ability to work autonomously and teamwork skills are also essential to this role, as well as the ability to build trust and hope.
You must hold a relevant qualification to be considered for this role.
You will also be supporting the people who access our service to move towards release from custody by working with other agencies to ensure support is in place for addressing substance misuse and or recovery. Working within a secure prison environment can be challenging but a rewarding experience, you will be provided with training and support needed to undertake this role.
You will work as a Qualified AMHP or experienced social worker, providing a high-quality response to emergency referrals out of normal working hours.
You will provide appropriate support and interventions to vulnerable adults, children and families to address safeguarding concerns.
