You will also be accountable to the Room Lead for supporting children's learning and development through practices aligned with the Early Years Outcomes non-statutory guidance (2024).
You will contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture, supporting the key person system and playing an active role in planning, reviewing, and developing children's individual learning journeys.
You will work within the OFG pyramid model of clinical delivery, working in an MDT to target support at a whole school level where possible.
You will be supported by the standardsteam and theOFGSpeech and LanguageTherapy Ways of Working.
You will also contribute to staff training and consultationasrequired.
You will receive extensive training in strategies and interventions that encourage positive outcomes and development of our pupils as well as receiving support and regular supervision from some of the UKs leading and internationally recognised Behaviour Analytic experts. All whilst making a real difference to the lives of autistic young people.
You will work in a well-established multidisciplinary team and receive training in robotics, laparoscopy, open and vaginal/vulval surgery, and ambulatory diagnostic techniques.
