You will engage with tenants to ensure the smooth delivery of required works in terms of time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will also be required to independently manage contractors and consultants, lead on project delivery from scoping through to completion and ensure compliance with legislative standards including HHSRS, Decent Homes, and Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation).

You will be responsible for producing high-quality design deliverables across concept, developed, and detailed design stages, while also supporting site installation and commissioning activities. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically engaging projects within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary engineering environment.

You will ideally possess qualifications in some of the following areas - IOSH / CSCS Safety or equivalent, Confined Space, BOAS or equivalent, Steam Systems, Legionella Awareness, Industrial Gas Qualifications, IPAF / PASMA, Welding & Fabrication / Pipefitting.
