You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the full suite of on-demand print, customisation and fulfilment services. Working closely with operations, design and account management teams, you will ensure every client receives an exceptional experience that reflects the businesss focus on reliability, quality and scalability.
You will be supporting the Helpdesk teams; ensuring that forecasts models are produced daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure workload and staffing requirements are reflected accurately.
You will also produce planning for the recruitment and placement of c. 330 FTE across the various helpdesk teams covering voice and email.
