You will be supported by a wider sector team of approximately 90 lawyers in other practice areas across our 13 offices including real estate, corporate, finance, environment, planning and dispute resolution, particularly Alex Johnson and Stephen Evans (Construction), Michael Bray (Real Estate) and Emily Settle (Corporate).
You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
You will receive *£12.21 per hour, paid 4-weekly* unless specified otherwise.
You will be provided with all the right tools and equipment as well as uniform and safety PPE.
You will work in an environment where the safety of our employees and customers is at the core of what we do as a business.
You will help supervise the work of the cleaning staff and allocate tasks accordingly.
You will need to have supervisory experience and be able to oversee and undertake general cleaning duties.
You will have the ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks to a high standard and coordinate and motivate your team to do the same.
You will support with budgets, reporting, staff rotas and recruitment to maximise the use of internal staff.
You will also provide the focal point for the client for compliance, audit, health & safety, and cleaning schedules, and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team, and our client.
You will be required to interact with building managers and on-site staff to ensure smooth delivery of works
You will be required to operate MEWPs, and other access platforms.
