You will join a busy implementation team and help support users, across various locations in Europe, with post go live needs. Those that have supported Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 FO solutions at 2nd or 3rd line level would be ideal for this role.

You will preferably have experience in a manufacturing environment

You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal

You will learn industry-recognised methodologies, including business process modelling, stakeholder analysis, and requirements engineering, while building practical experience with real-world case studies.

You will be providing 2nd and 3rd line support for IFS ERP related queries alongside 1st line support for any Crystal related issues. - The job includes supporting the IT Manager on the management of the IFS database and its related sub systems.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
