You will be accountable for the stores day to day operations and results.
You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands-on at times which means jumping in and working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers - Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role.
You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits.
You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
