You will provide 1st and 2nd line support (service desk) to IT users in the resolution of reported faults, fulfil service requests made by IT users via the IT Ticketing System, monitor and report on the progress of IT services within the region and support project work as required.
You will have excellent computer skills, being familiar with MS Office applications and a high standard of written and spoken English.
You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient HR support to our 5 regions by partnering with the region’s leaders and consulting in all HR areas to drive business results.
