You must be a member of MRTPI, and ideally have a Degree/Diploma in Town Planning. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support (service desk) to IT users in the resolution of reported faults, fulfil service requests made by IT users via the IT Ticketing System, monitor and report on the progress of IT services within the region and support project work as required.

You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site.

You will demonstrate previous experience as a Tower Crane Driver and in possession of a valid tower crane driving licence, having undergone all of the appropriate training as advised in the HSE guidance note GS 39.

You should be able to judge distances, heights and clearances accurately and be able to communicate in English to a high standard.
