You will work closely with the founders and senior leadership team, with real influence over strategy, performance and decision making.
You will be a key voice at the leadership table, providing challenge, clarity and direction as the company continues to scale.
You will lead a finance team across the UK and India, while maintaining close alignment with the wider group finance function.
You will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and reporting any defective items to ensure a swift repair or attempting a first-time fix yourself where possible.
You will work closely with other site teams to ensure the smooth running and production of a good-quality biosolids product, which is used to generate green energy and is then recycled back to land.
You will be involved in providing insight, guidance, and direction on the continued development and effectiveness of the global Business Resiliency Program.
