You will administer a complex range of private capital structures (funds and corporates) and associated structures, and assist with establishing new ones.

You will also co-ordinate all company secretarial matters, act as a mentor to more junior team members and process and co-ordinate routine and complex fund operations.

You will be expected to have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in corporate governance administration. To be eligible you are already working in the financial services sector and keen to take the next step in your career development.

You should also be wanting to study for relevant professional qualifications, such as ICSA/CGI and you will receive full sponsorship by the organisation.

You will be expected to be professionally qualified with ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT or equivalent and have at least 2 years PQE ideally within a local private client tax environment.

You will also be expected to provide tax compliance services to a portfolio of non-resident companies, trusts and individuals.
