You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, speaking and listening to customers who are in different financial positions, tailoring affordable outcomes to help them on the road to financial health.
You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Provide friendly, fast and accurate service. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
You will guide new contractors through the onboarding and learning process while providing fast, accurate, and professional support to existing contractors. This role suits candidates who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of meeting high performance standards.
