You will open savings accounts for those who are looking to invest for a fixed term or save for an important event.
You will complete daily admin tasks such as booking appointments , scanning, letter writing, incoming post and ensuring that customer records are accurate and up to date.
You will plan various service and rework/breakdown jobs efficiently, optimising engineers productivity.
You will be expected to liaise with a wide range of clients on a day to day basis.
You will also be required to resolve minor technical queries and generally resolve issues delivering high level of customer service.
You will be part of our small Service Desk team providing telephone support to Airport and Airline customers, allocating work to our engineers, recording data, updating and monitoring systems, updating and maintaining regular reporting using Google Documents/Microsoft Excel and assisting with basic internal IT issues.
You will handle calls, offering professional advice on insurance policies and maintaining accurate customer records. Ideal candidates should have at least 12 months of experience in an insurance role, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
