You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals
You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers
You will have clear progression routes in the business which - in this scaling and well backed business - will be based on product developments for a wide area of markets and not just automotive.
You will be the first point of contact for tenants, responsible for scheduling repair appointments, managing enquiries, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming calls and emails from tenants regarding property repairs. Schedule and coordinate repair appointments with contractors and internal teams.
You will cover a local region to you, servicing and technical fault finding and fixing of domestic boilers and ASHP’s in peoples homes. This a new position due to increased investment in providing increased customer service and warranty cover.
