You will be responsible for assessments, CPA reports, Mental Health Tribunals, Managers Hearings and will be requested to supervise junior staff members.
You will work at Thornford Park which is a combination of medium secure and low secure units and rehabilitation flats. The service provides a seamless internal care pathway supporting and empowering patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.
You will deputise for the Lead Social Worker in quality assurance meetings and support the delivery of safeguarding induction and update training across the hospital.
You will be part of a well-established multidisciplinary team offering personalised assessment and treatment programmes in a structured, recovery-focused environment.
You will perform reception, administration, and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building in which you are located in.
You will help facilitate the flow of personnel by managing access points throughout the building and ensuring the maintenance of fob access systems.
You will also have contact with our members by telephone, ensuring they are able to manage their day to day servicing of their savings accounts.
You will take on tasks such as:
You will be provided with all the training and guidance you need to learn our processes and to become a confident member of this dynamic team.
You will be showing customers the products and service on offer e.g. Kitchen doors, worktops, handles, appliances etc.
You will also be carrying out general admin duties e.g., quotations, placing orders, dealing with suppliers and other admin work as required
You will be working from the Thatcham Branch, on the A4.
