Customer Experience Coordinator jobs in Dumfries

You will be responsible for the scheduling and planning of all new works. Distribution of all jobs to site teams.

You will work closely with our existing management team.

You will liaise with customers regarding scheduling and providing updates where required. All works are scheduled within our in-house job management system.

You will have a real passion for delivering a first-class service and an organised approach to your work. Key Responsibilities:• Meet and greet all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner. • Manage day to day administrative tasks confidently and efficiently.
