You will primarily be working from a Database of existing clients and potential new customers, with responsibility for a designated geographical area. Predominantly working within Automotive / Vehicle workshops sector. Role and responsibilities:
You will be joining at a key growth point in the organisation and work with an existing team of Data Analysts to increase adoption of technology and analytics tools (Python / Power BI) to aid strategic decision making and increase ROI.
You will work with the CRM team and 3rd Party companies to enhance customer profiling and maximise marketing channels.
You will create order and sense out of complexity and uncertainty and enable confident, data-inspired decision making. In this role, you will thrive in a cross-functional and collaborative environment that values unique perspectives, rewards innovation, and challenges the status quo.
