You will ensure claims are processed in compliance with internal and regulatory standards while communicating effectively with customers and third parties. Ideal candidates have prior experience in claims handling or customer service, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
You will be accountable for leading, developing and supporting a team of Customer Services Advisors, maintaining service standards and driving improvements across customer experience, sampling and display initiatives. This is a manufacturing environment, where product satisfaction and order progressing are key.
You will be a valued member of a team, providing support through a variety of communications, accurate recording of data and various tasks that impact on our services, taking inbound and outbound calls from our branches and customers.
You will provide pre-handover inspections on our open market sales plots, to ensure functionality and finesse is achieved in terms of quality of delivery.
You will support the sales and site teams in managing customer satisfaction after new home move in, record and manage the progress of customer snagging from Courtesy Visit review.
You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions.
