You will handle complaints, both B2B and B2C take ownership for cases and deal with them through to completion when necessary.
You will also be serving customers in a more proactive way, for example by contacting them to tell them of a delay as soon as it is clear this might happen, which keeps the customer up to date and minimises the chances of it escalating into a customer complaint.
