Responsibilities Receive, handle and manage new claim notification, subsequent updates and collection requests.
You will have the opportunity to manage a challenging caseload of complex and high-value Personal Injury claims, utilising your expertise to conduct thorough investigations into indemnity, liability, and quantum.
You will help ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to reducing re-offending and helping individuals get their lives back on track. Your role will involve handling sensitive information, dealing with a range of enquiries, and supporting both internal staff and external service users through accurate data management and effective communication.
You will be working 3 days per week between Monday and Sunday.
You will always be guaranteed 1 weekend in 4 off and you will have your rota 4 weeks in advance.
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.
