You will bring excellent subject knowledge, strong industry insight, and the ability to apply a range of engaging, effective teaching methods. Responsibilities of this role include; Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons across crops, machinery, and estate skills.
You should also be confident in planning and delivering targeted sessions and using IT systems effectively. Applicants should hold GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade A–C or equivalent), a mental health qualification, and ideally a teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
You must have up to date knowledge of HGV technologies and the knowledge of how to embed the needs of employers into the curriculum delivery. Good interpersonal skills, teamwork and time management skills are required to succeed in this role as well as the ability to work with a range of people and work flexibly to changing demands.
