You will be responsible for strategic account growth, operational excellence, and making sure our clients feel supported, informed, and inspired.
You will own and grow key client relationships, building trust as a strategic partner while managing ongoing programmes of work, from onboarding and education to usage rights reviews.
You will act as a consistent point of contact for clients, managing requests, updates, and ongoing communication. Due to the nature of our client base, a high level of professionalism and discretion is essential. This role requires flexibility and the ability to respond to client needs outside of standard working hours when required.
