You will report directly in to the divisional director who will support you in making the contracts a success. The Candidate;The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing passive fire protection contracts. Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations.
You will have responsibility for daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning and attending client contract monitoring meetings ensuring that all supporting documentation are available to demonstrate service delivery performance.
You will build a balanced well performing team around you with a constant eye on succession planning.
You will ideally be from a large Sub Contract or existing Main Contracting background, having run projects of a similar size, be comfortable managing subcontractors and be a strong communicator across the board.
You will be closely supported by two operational CSMs and the AD, including endorsement of Ofsted registration. There will also be support offered for progression opportunities with a commitment to learning and development, including Level 5 Residential qualifications and potential further qualification options.
