You will be joining a large, well-established specialist provision that supports students with complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences. The environment is calm, nurturing, and highly structured, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, relationship-building, and personalised learning.

You will share the journey with these inspiring people as they overcome hurdles, achieve milestones, and reach the goals they’ve set. Many of the people we support only stay for three months before they are ready to move on.

You will ensure that our service Users have maximum involvement in their own activities and decision making.
