You will grow and deploy a team of experts to directly support client case work, content development and business build initiatives.
You will drive the Intellectual Property (IP)/content agenda for your topic, including the building of technical tools, with support from internal information technology colleagues.
You should bring a solid understanding of retail dynamics, ecommerce pure players, , ideally within the pet, FMCG, or supplement categories. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Ownership - Own the P&L and deliver revenue and profit targets across ecommerce (excluding Amazon and DTC), retail.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, marketing, content and operations, ensuring every element of the event aligns with our values, brand standards and business objectives.
You will not simply deliver an event; you will nurture a living community of people and ideas.
You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-2-1 or in group sessions to provide additional training and support.
