You will be responsible for liaising with other statutory and voluntary bodies as required.

You will also have responsibility for creating the conditions for maintaining ongoing relationships with people accessing the centre, and in collaboration with colleagues for enabling people to access all aspects of Maggie’s programme to ensure ongoing and effective cancer support.

You will be using In-tend daily, managing supplier access, ensuring tender documentation is uploaded and quality questions are entered as well as administering contract information.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, have experience in completing data analysis and creating required formulas to manage data and compare.

You should possess the NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety, and either hold the NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate, an equivalent fire safety qualification, or be actively working towards obtaining one.

You should be confident and an effective communicator, capable of engaging with a diverse range of audiences.
