You will join a specialist contractor delivering major structural alteration and “cut & carve” works across high-profile London projects. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of cut & carve work-streams including enabling, slab removals, core installations, concrete repairs, and refurbishment of existing buildings.
You will assist in all stages of the project lifecycle—from planning and documentation to execution and final delivery—playing a vital role in keeping our projects running smoothly, on time, and to specification.
You will work closely with planning, development, and finance teams to ensure projects are technically robust, compliant, and optimised for construction and long-term operation. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating technical inputs across grid, civil and construction workstreams
You should be confident using modern project management tools and enterprise systems – for example MS Project, Project Server, SharePoint and Power BI – and comfortable working within SAP or Oracle environments. A working knowledge of relevant standards and codes (such as IEC and NFPA) will be a strong advantage.
You will manage a range of new-build and refurbishment construction projects from early briefing through to completion, with responsibilities across design coordination, procurement, construction oversight, and contract administration. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential.
