You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behavours, supporting vulnerable individuals with learning disabilities, autism and personality disorders. PVMA or CPI training would be advantageous, but this can be provided.
You should:Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have a proven track record of teaching in an EYFS or SEN setting. Experience with ASC and/or Learning Disabilities is highly desirable. Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to teaching. Possess strong behaviour management skills and be able to implement individual support plans effectively.
