You will facilitate the entry of residents to one of the Renova Houses and building relationships with stakeholders and support services to enhance the Renova Project.
You will support males with multiple difficulties including ex-offenders, adults with addiction issues, adults with Mental Health needs, adults who are homeless and adults with complex needs.
You will hold a case load of people with Learning Disabilities and Autism and will be required to fulfil statutory duties on behalf of the service. The post involves assessment, support planning and review, direct work with people who have a Learning Disability and or Autism as well as general case management duties.
