You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in Tonbridge.

You will use your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning for people living at home, in care homes or other settings and make sure that people who use our services have a good experience.

You will be fully registered with the GMC, have Approved Clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act (or have eligibility for it and be able to achieve this on appointment).

You must be a driver and flexible as there may be some possible weekend/evening weekend required (with notice). From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday – 7am Monday). This does not apply to sleep-ins.
