You will use your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning for people living at home, in care homes or other settings and make sure that people who use our services have a good experience.

You must be a driver and flexible as there may be some possible weekend/evening weekend required (with notice). From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday – 7am Monday). This does not apply to sleep-ins.
