You will be responsible for managing communications with parents and carers, and ensuring that information about SEND services is clear, timely and accessible.

You will hold regular meetings with parent carer forums/groups and also put systems in place to capture the views of the young people themselves, to make sure their voices are heard and considered.

You will be part of a committed and enthusiastic team and will be supported to develop your skills and knowledge through regular supervision. The teams are located at 3 Knowsley Place and we have a young persons hub close by which young people can drop in to use.
