You will be expected to: Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to children and young people with mental health needs, across Southend-on-Sea.

You will provide crisis intervention, collaborate with various agencies, and ensure safeguarding measures are in place.

You will undertake reviews with challenging cases, providing an exemplary service in line with statutory requirements and departmental priorities, improving outcomes for adults, their carers, and their families.
