You will be working within an integrated community mental health team in the Caerphilly County Borough Council area. Pay rate for this role is £37.09 Umbrella.

You will need to have a good understanding of current legislation and policy.

You will also be required to work closely with carers, other professionals and team members or alone using your own initiative.

You will have a varied role and have the ability to deal with crisis situations and will be expected to facilitate safe discharge for service users from hospital into the community.
