You will work collaboratively with schools and ELC staff to deliver a flexible, high quality, stimulating education and care-centred service designed to meet the needs of young children and their families, taking a lead role in the ELC setting, in collaboration with the SEYPs, through modelling and promoting good practice.
You will also spend time with a Duty Manager learning about fundamental aspects of security, in preparation for utilising secure keys. This will take place over a 5 day period (Monday to Friday) prior to commencing shifts within the Houses.
