You will be required to work on a 1:1 basis (or 2:1 with support of an additional practitioner).

You will be working on a flexible contract where various interventions will be offered based upon location and match with a student.

You will need to be available during daytime hours, Monday-Friday.

You will ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the setting, building trust with both children and parents.

You will play a crucial role in the Early Years development of these children through play and other activities. Adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, you will make a positive impact on the children in the setting.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences.

You will work with people on their individual employment journey from vocational profiling to the point where they no longer require face to face in work support.

You will have the opportunity to work with all age groups (0-5 years) across the nursery. Some shifts will be offered to you in advance, while others may become available at short notice. The flexible nature of this 0-hour role allows you to choose shifts that suit your availability.
