You will be expected to come up with an operational strategy as we continue to scale the business, which will include setting clear objectives and KPIs across the teams. The role will also include implementing the wider Boards' strategy and to provide leadership to the senior management team ensuring that business objectives align with opportunities, financial goals, and operational efficiency.
