You will oversee and deal with all client related issues, dealing with client enquiries, ensuring advisers are prepared for their client meetings and more. As well as updating the CRM system to ensure advisers have full details of said clients prior to any meetings or reviews, processing client administration (including some basic suitability report writing) and much more.

You will act as the key interface between Trinity and its customers, ensuring all maintenance and project work is delivered to the highest standards, in line with agreed KPIs and service levels. This role plays a vital part in ensuring client retention and identifying opportunities for additional value through improved service and new work streams.
