You will play a key role in creating and maintaining visually appealing landscapes. The Working Supervisor will also be hands on, joining and leading a team of up to 5 or more Operatives with undertaking grass cutting, strimming, leaf blowing, hedge cutting and weed spraying in the summer and leaf collection, shrub work & maintenance and gritting in the winter.
You will work predominantly on opportunities in the UK and when needed across EMEA.
You will be an evangelist for Multicloud, Data & AI and Resiliency & Security services solutions within Dell Technologies and in the market. You represent Dell Technologies Services in the Dell Technologies organization through internal presentations, programs, community/practice leadership, training and enablement.
You will ensure everyone within your team is performing their responsibilities. Your responsibilities will also include carrying out site inspections, coordinating the crews from your depot, managing any fleet issues as well as evaluating employee performance. - Work with the Senior Management Team, Client and Local Authority to agree extent of works and Maintain relationships throughout.
You will manage a varied non-contentious private client caseload, drawing on your technical expertise and experience.
You will also have the opportunity to undertake contentious probate matters with the option to develop a mixed contentious and non-contentious practice where appropriate.
