Client Services Executive jobs in Wakefield
You will have a professional, driven attitude and will be able to establish strong relationships with clients to obtain repeat business. A self motivated individual who is comfortable working independently who will be able to work alongside a very down to earth and approachable Managing Director who is keen to offer flexibility and autonomy.
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will be processing customers orders and providing administrative support ensuring the best level of service and up selling other products and service to maximise business opportunity. The role initially will be enquiries coming into the business and as the role progresses will be responsible for bringing on new business and targeting new customers and areas in which can grow.
