Client Services Executive jobs in Norwich
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will advise clients on issues surrounding succession, tax and mental capacity and will be working within the team who have specialism in advising both high net worth individuals as well as elderly and vulnerable clients and their families.
You will also work on Court of Protection matters.
You will also be required to handle and resolve customer queries accurately and effectively, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
You will take inbound calls and make outbound contact with customers, recognising when they need extra support and tailoring your approach to match their needs and circumstances.
