You will be working in an environment which offers a high level of care and support, taking care of vulnerable adults in their own homes.
You will facilitate their comfort and wellbeing and actively promote independence.
You will be the point of contact for the company in relations to all projects ensuring all processes are followed and ran smoothly. This will involve reporting all relevant client reports and complying with all quality procedures including CDM 2015, fire safety guidance and England/ GLA funding requirements.
You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.
You must maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act. Ensuring appropriate measures are taken in respect of Health and Safety for staff, visitors and contractors. In the course of their duties employees will have access to confidential material about patients, members of staff and Circle Health Group.
You will ideally hold a NRASTC or NPLQ qualification or be willing to undertake the qualification. Other qualifications such as Adult and Baby, Stage 8-10 or other aquatic disciplines would be very desirable. Please note that the swimming term is 50 weeks a year.
