You will be focused on maintaining and improving the Sewage treatment works infrastructure to ensure our assets operate 24/7.
You will be responsible for designing complex jobs for work at our Sewage treatment works and ensuring any prerequisites are in place to allow work to be completed by the Field Technicians.
You will support the provision of continuity of care and act as a point of contact for families, residents, and professionals for identified patients in your caseload. Main duties of the job Provide coordination and navigation for people and their carers across health and care services, working closely with social prescribers, health and wellbeing coaches and other primary care professionals.
You will manage customer experience, assist HR processes, and ensure efficient administration.
